Maintenance Supply Company has been operating since 1977. We
are family owned and carry a full-line of janitorial supplies.
We have a walk-in store and warehouse at 116 E. Orangethorpe
Ave, Anaheim, as well as our main office and warehouses in adjacent
buildings. Our trucks deliver daily all over the Orange County
area. Our service area extends into L.A. ,
San Bernardino and Riverside counties, as well.

Even
though we must and do make a profit in order to stay in business
(38 years in 2015), we are not driven by money. Our motive has
always been and remains, to conduct all business and personal
affairs morally and consistent with Biblical principles.

Why
Are We The Lowest Cost?
Even
though our price when quoted, may seem higher per case or unit
initially; when further analyzed will reveal an actual lower
cost. How? Because a case of quality toilet tissue weighting
48 pounds will outlast a lower priced case of the same number
of sheets per case weighing 35 pounds. When a customer buys
upon price alone, it almost always is a waste of money.

One gallon of Dynasol
concentrate, when diluted with 9 gallons of water, will
equal the strength of a consumer degreaser cleaner advertised
on TV. This is an example of how price can be so misleading.
Water is still much cheaper than chemicals. By pre-diluting
a concentrated chemical with water before its use, the customer
is afforded effective results plus a tremendous cost savings.
We
may not have the lowest price but we almost always present the
lowest “cost”.A customer loses all savings if the custodian doesn’t
use the chemical properly.
WHY
ARE OUR CHEMICALS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN OUR COMPETITONS?
Just
as we sell chemicals for end-use consumption, private label
chemical manufacturers sell to companies like ours. We do not
buy formulated chemicals at the lowest price but conduct test
after test to see which formula is the most effective. In this
way, we remain with the best formulation. When a new manufacturer
makes claims at lower prices we conduct more tests in comparison.
We find that one chemist does not have the best products across
the board. But by using 6 or 7 main chemical companies’ products,
we find the best for our customers. Our Competitors
assume that they can make more money by buying the cheapest
formulation. Assumption is the poorest form of information.
We
have become experts at “teaching custodians” how to use the
least amount of chemicals to effect the greatest and quickest
result. The answer lies in understanding how chemicals function
most effectively.
We
never put a “GLASBY” label upon a product unless we know that
it is the most effective available.
