An acrylic emulsion sealer finish for use on both indoor and outdoor non resilient floors. Durable, chemical resistant and limits the expansion of surface cracks. Will not whiten or peel with the exposure to sun and rain. Cleaning is made easier. Will last 12-18 months without stripping if properly maintained. Can be removed with a conventional stripper. Coverage is approximately 1500 square feet per gallon.
